All personal and business information collected through the InConn website, web application, and mobile application is stored securely on cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure managed by Wynwy Technologies Private Limited or its authorized service providers.

These measures include access controls, encryption where applicable, network security controls, logging, monitoring, and regular security reviews.

Data may be processed and stored within India or in locations where our authorized service providers maintain infrastructure, subject to applicable legal and contractual safeguards.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining user accounts, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting audit or regulatory requirements.

User account and profile information is retained for the duration of the user account and up to 3 years after account deactivation or termination, unless a longer period is required by law or contract.

Attendance, operational, asset management, and transactional records are retained for up to 7 years or as required by applicable laws, customer contracts, or regulatory obligations.

System logs, audit trails, and security records are retained for a minimum of 1 year and up to 7 years based on business, security, and compliance requirements.

Marketing and communication records are retained until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer required for the stated purpose.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted, anonymized, or archived in accordance with legal, contractual, and business requirements.
